Family Transition Support Services

History

Family Transition Support Services was founded in 1996 by June Davies to provide superior services to New Jersey children and families.  Her goal was to help children and families develop the skills needed to live productive lives as defined and measured by their own goals.  To accomplish this, FTSS has utilized a strength-based approach to empower children and families to make positive, constructive decisions for themselves in the familiar surroundings of their home and community.

The program has grown over the years to include: After School Programs (ASP), Summer Camp (SC), Mentoring and License Level Therapy.  FTSS is an established Medicaid provider with the Department of Children Behavioral Health Services and we work collaboratively with DCPP, CMO, Mobile Response, PerformCare, County Youth Services Commissions, Juvenile Justice and Family Court.

FTSS was purchased in 2010 by Lisa Wojtczuk, a long time children's advocate and highly respected member of NJ youth services organizations.  Lisa's goal is to grow the company and continue providing exceptional services to New Jersey's children and families.
